- How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your customer profile on our website.
- Navigate to the “Refund Request Form” section.
- Fill out the form with your order details and reason for return.
- Submit the form to receive a prepaid return label.
- Securely pack the item(s) and drop them off with the provided return carrier.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10 business days] and credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges
- If you need a different size, color, or product, we’re happy to assist! Exchanges are free within the 30-day window, provided the item meets the same conditions as our return policy. This means the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, parts and accessories.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll process your exchange promptly.
